Lemon Tree Health Ltd. and its associated health professionals may collect your personal and medical information as required to pursue our services. Our clinic uses the electronic medical system, Jane, to collect and store your information. Jane is PIPEDA and HIPAA compliant to ensure your information is protected. This information is used to assess, diagnose, and treat your concerns. We will only collect the relevant information for your care. Your personal information, such as phone number,  email, and mailing address may be used by our staff to communicate with you. This includes text/email reminders, follow-up phone calls, and/or sending you documents in regards to your care. Your personal and medical information is confidential and will only be disclosed to third parties with your permission.

Lemon Tree Health Ltd. offers communication via SMS text messages, emails, and phone calls. When you create an account on our electronic medical software (Jane), communication preferences and consent will be asked. You have the option to opt-in or opt-out of our communication methods. Please note that messaging frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply.
